This highly effective, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-corrosive third rail anti-icing deicing fluid exhibits unique “smart fluid” technology over a broad range of temperatures.
Third Rail Anti-Icer was developed to permit uninterrupted equipment operation at freezing temperatures. With the absence of electrolytes, there is no possibility of galvanic action and corrosion. Electrical short and arcing are eliminated as well. Because of its non-tacky nature, it will also reduce the wear-and-tear on the contact shoe.

ENVIRO-MLT is an anhydrous grade sodium acetate that provides a guaranteed non-corrosive, environmentally friendly alternative to salts and calcium chloride. Acetates are safe for the environment because they readily biodegrade and exhibit low toxicity to vegetation and aquatic life.
Use ENVIRO-MLT to melt through ice. It begins melting immediately after applied. ENVIRO-MLT can be used to de-ice roads, parking garages, walkways and steps. It is the product of choice if stainless steel or aluminum is in the area.
• Does not contain chlorides that cause corrosion
• Does not track like common salts and is effective at much lower temperatures, 5ºF(-15ºC)

Upon drying, Soil-Sement does not contribute any pollutant including BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) to storm water discharge. Soil-Sement will actually reduce pollutants by reducing TSS (Total Suspended Solids) present in runoff.
On unpaved roadways, Soil-Sement offers immediate and long-term control of fugitive emissions while cost effectively increasing the integrity of the roadway.
